Business Models Succeed Through Honesty, Transparency and Trust: Minhaj-ul-Quran Secretary General

ISLAMABAD (Special Correspondent): An important meeting of the Young Business Association was held at the Central Secretariat in Model Town, with Secretary General Minhaj-ul-Quran International Khurram Nawaz Gandapur attending as a special guest.

The meeting was chaired by Young Business Association Chairman Altaf Hussain Randhawa and attended by office-bearers of the association and young business leaders.

The meeting discussed various proposals concerning the training of young entrepreneurs, membership campaigns, organization of business workshops, and measures to address the problems faced by the business community.

Addressing the meeting, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said rising electricity, petrol, and gas prices had created serious difficulties for the industrial and business sectors.

He said providing a conducive environment for the business community was essential for promoting economic activity. He also stressed the need for effective initiatives aimed at providing business training to young people.

Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said young people could be provided opportunities to become successful entrepreneurs by equipping them with knowledge of modern business requirements, digital marketing, technology, and financial management.

He said a business model succeeds through honesty, transparency, hard work, and trust. Alongside business growth, he added, it was equally important to promote ethical values to establish strong and sustainable business relationships.

He further said that leaving the country’s 68 percent youth population at the mercy of circumstances was a national tragedy. Providing young people with opportunities for education, skills development, entrepreneurship, and employment should be a national priority, he said.

He emphasized that the dream of sustainable economic development could not be achieved without empowering the youth.

Young Business Association Chairman Altaf Hussain Randhawa said the association would play its role in bringing young entrepreneurs onto a common platform, highlighting their issues, strengthening business-to-business connections, and providing guidance for business development.

He said the membership process for young entrepreneurs had already begun and young people associated with various business sectors were being included in the association.

He added that, for the first time, the Young Business Association had also included owners of fast-food businesses and cafes to provide broader representation to the business community. This would provide young entrepreneurs from different sectors with a common platform, he said.

Senior Advisory Council executive members Farooq Alvi, Chaudhry Muhammad Afzal Gujjar, Muhammad Naveed Butt, Rana Manzoor Ahmed Khan, Muhammad Shahid, and others attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Chaudhry Zohaib Farooq Gujjar was appointed Convener for Lahore, Chaudhry Noman Afzal as Organizer, Chaudhry Usman Afzal as Central Convener for Real Estate, Tahir Farooq Alvi as Central Convener for the Electronics Sector, Rana Shoaib Ahmed as Central Convener of the Grocery Merchants Association, Mian Mohib-ul-Hassan Pirzada as Central Convener for High-Rise Real Estate, Hafiz Faisal Areeb as Convener for E-Commerce, and Rana Usman as Convener for Freelancing.
