Islamabad (Izhaar Khan Niazi) – Spark Plaza in Gulberg Greens has been declared a sub-jail, as per a notification issued by the Chief Commissioner of Islamabad. According to the notification, the arrested suspects of the FIA will be held in the sub-jail established at Spark Plaza. The security of the sub-jail and its inmates will be the responsibility of the Director General of the FIA. The order states that the maintenance of all records of the sub-jail will be overseen by an officer of BPS 17. The notification from the Chief Commissioner of Islamabad indicates that the order to declare Spark Plaza a sub-jail is effective immediately.
