Rawalpindi (Syed Shahid Waheed Hashmi):
Dhamial Police Station has arrested three alleged members of the Malangi Gang who were reportedly involved in multiple incidents of theft and burglary. According to police, cash worth Rs. 30,000, stolen wires worth thousands of rupees, and various tools allegedly used in criminal activities were recovered from their possession.
The police stated that the operation was conducted under the supervision of SHO Dhamial Police Station Inspector Aqib Razaq, with Sub-Inspector Malik Nauman Mahmood and other officials also part of the team.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Zafar Hussain alias Malangi, Abdul Samad, and Faizan.
Police officials said that investigations into the cases registered against the suspects are underway and they will be presented before the court with solid evidence for legal proceedings.
Police authorities reaffirmed their commitment that the protection of citizens’ lives and property remains their top priority and that indiscriminate action against criminal elements will continue in the future.
