WASA Murree Establishes Monsoon Emergency Relief Camp, Helpline 1334 Activated

Murree (Raja Usman Ali): To provide timely public services and emergency assistance during the monsoon season, Punjab WASA Murree has established a Monsoon Emergency Relief Camp. The purpose of the relief camp is to ensure immediate action on issues related to drainage, sewerage, water supply, and other emergency situations during heavy rainfall so that citizens do not face any inconvenience.

According to WASA officials, the relief camp will remain operational around the clock, with dedicated teams on high alert to respond promptly to any emergency arising from the monsoon rains. Citizens have been requested to immediately contact the WASA Helpline 1334 in case of any complaints regarding water supply lines, sewerage, drainage, or any other WASA-related issue, so that the concerned staff can reach the site without delay and resolve the problem.

Officials stated that the Monsoon Emergency Relief Camp has been established in accordance with the directives of the Punjab Government and reflects its commitment to public service, rapid response, and effective monitoring. Citizens have also been advised to adopt precautionary measures during the monsoon season and cooperate with the relevant authorities to effectively deal with any challenges caused by the rainy weather.
