Murray Green Bus Project: Minor Technical Faults Found in 6 Electric Buses, Deputy Commissioner Takes Immediate Notice

Murray (Raja Usman Ali) – During the inspection of 11 electric buses that arrived in Murray under the Green Bus Electric Bus Project initiated by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, minor technical faults were discovered in 6 of the buses. Deputy Commissioner of Murray, Agha Zahir Abbas Shirazi, took immediate notice of the matter and inspected the buses along with a technical team. The Deputy Commissioner has sent a letter to the Secretary of Transport to promptly address the technical issues and ensure complete fitness of the buses. According to sources, Chinese engineers will come to Murray for a thorough examination and necessary repairs of the buses. Deputy Commissioner Agha Zahir Abbas Shirazi clarified that the buses will not be allowed on the roads until they receive complete fitness and technical clearance. The district administration stated that all necessary precautionary measures are being taken to provide safe and quality travel facilities for the public and tourists. The administration mentioned that the Green Bus Service will be activated for citizens and tourists after the technical issues are resolved and complete fitness clearance is obtained, ensuring safe, better, and quality travel facilities.
